Job Title: Java Developer – Quadient Inspire

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, experience working with Spring Boot-based applications, and exposure to Kafka streaming. Experience with Quadient Inspire will be highly preferred. Knowledge of ReactJS and Kubernetes will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.
• Develop and enhance Spring Boot-based microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka streaming.
• Work with Quadient Inspire for document composition and customer communication management (preferred).
• Collaborate with frontend teams (ReactJS) to integrate UI components with backend services.
• Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes (desirable).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka streaming.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of relational databases and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
• Experience with ReactJS frontend development.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.
