A leading global financial investment bank is seeking a Java Developer to join its regional technology team. You will drive the hands‑on development, testing, and deployment of scalable cross‑platform applications supporting business expansion, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete SDLC: requirement gathering, estimation, coding, unit testing, UAT, and production rollout.
Build and maintain robust multi-tier software applications supporting regional banking and institutional business units.
Collaborate with business analysts and cross‑functional technology teams to deliver high‑impact technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning to improve capacity and operational workflows.
Requirements
3+ years of hands‑on software development experience across multi‑tier architectures on Linux/Windows environments.
Strong proficiency in Core Java (including multithreading/concurrency ideally), OOP principles, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
Solid experience with SQL databases and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
