• Hands-on work with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud)
• Developing software with modern engineering approaches and agile methodologies
• Participating in daily team activities and contributing to decision-making
• Collaborating with other areas and growing teammates
• Researching and promoting generative AI tools to optimize workflows and delivery cycles
• Designing, building, and consuming robust REST APIs using Spec-Driven Development
• Implementing systems with microservices and hexagonal architecture and integrating vector databases for AI contexts
• Working with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; using Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging
• Testing own developments using JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ, Karate
