Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, and REST/SOAP Web Services. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying scalable and secure applications while contributing across the complete SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications using the Java technology stack.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop scalable applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful/SOAP Web Services and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production and non-production issues.
- Monitor application performance, stability, security, and quality.
- Enhance existing applications by implementing new features based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow developers to deliver scalable and high-quality products.
- Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Support application deployment and release of new features/products into production environments.
- Work with CI/CD and DevOps tools for build, integration, and deployment activities.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Core Java and J2EE knowledge.
- Strong understanding of OOPs, Exception Handling, Memory Management, and Multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of Hibernate and JPA2/ORM concepts.
- Understanding of Dependency Injection.
- Experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB or similar databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, and Servlets.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle.
- Hands-on experience with Git/version control.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions/Pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
Good to Have
- Experience developing SaaS, PaaS, or cloud-based web applications.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Front-end experience with Angular/AngularJS or React.js.
- Experience with scalable and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
