Leads design and delivery of custom online-banking software (development plus L2/L3 production support) at Accenture's Manila office: sets technical direction and architecture, manages and mentors the team, and ensures quality, scalability and performance using Java EE, React, SQL/DB2, Dynatrace and Git.
Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
Required JD:
Online Banking Engineer L2/L3 (Dev and Production Support)
At least has supported Online Banking as experience on high volume, high touch, high availability applications is required
Technical skills: Java, React, DB SQL, Dynatrace, Git, Eclipse, IntelliJ, DB2

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications within complex business environments.
- Familiarity with database design and optimization techniques to support robust data management.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain software quality.
Additional Information:
