SKILLS REQUIRED
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development with strong coding expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, performance optimization, and application tuning.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments with strong command-line and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic Python scripting experience for automation and development tasks.
- Experience building RESTful APIs, Microservices-based applications, and implementing modern software design patterns.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
