In this role you will maintain and enhance a large-scale enterprise integration landscape built on TIBCO, spanning multiple European countries. You’ll contribute to RUN and BUILD activities, mentoring through onboarding and hands-on exposure to professional tools. You’ll work on TIBCO interfaces and SAP S/4HANA projects, collaborating with cross-country stakeholders to uphold service quality. This is an opportunity to shape reliable integrations and knowledge sharing in a multinational setting.
Responsabilidades- Monitor and maintain a large-scale integration landscape and progressively assume ownership
- Analyze technical incidents and contribute to resolution
- Improve documentation, technical handbooks, and knowledge sharing in Jira
- Contribute to maintenance changes, testing, and documentation of TIBCO interfaces
- Work on integration projects involving TIBCO 5.16 and SAP S/4HANA
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple European countries under shared standards
- Support service quality through metrics like incident volume, response time, and resolution time
