Your Daily Missions

• Integrating withaGerman-speaking development team andactively participating intechnical discussions.
• Extending andadapting thetechnical framework oftherecovery platform.
• Analyzing existing functionalities andimplementing enhancements fortherecovery module.
• Writing andmaintaining clean, efficient, andwell-documented Java code.
• Designing andoptimizing database structures using SQL.
• Handling XML data andensuring seamless integration withtheplatform.
• Contributing toboth backend andfrontend development as part ofafull-stack role.
• Collaborating withstakeholders tounderstand functional requirements andtranslate them intotechnical solutions.

TheEssentials We’re Seeking

• Minimum 3+ years ofcommercial experience inJava development.
• Strong experience withJava JEE andSpring.
• Strong proficiency inSQL andXML.
• Previous experience withfrontend development; specific frontend technology is notrequired, as training ontheclient’s Generator technology will be provided.
• German language proficiency atB2 level orhigher, withtheability tofollow technical conversations andcustomer communications.
• Fluency inEnglish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience working ontechnical frameworks orplatforms.
• Experience working inaSCRUM-based methodology.
• Adaptability andaproactive approach tounderstanding andsolving functional challenges.
• Team player attitude withexcellent communication skills.
• Experience inthebanking orfinancial sector is aplus.
• Experience incollections orgarnishment processes is aplus.
