Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong backend development skills and practical experience in Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable, high-performance applications, working with modern frameworks, and collaborating in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Kotlin
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical solutioning
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues
- Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement in engineering practices
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Core Java
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin
- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Git, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
