Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong backend development skills and practical experience in Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have a solidbackground in building scalable, high-performance applications, working withmodern frameworks, and collaborating in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications usingJavaandKotlin
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in system design,architecture discussions, and technical solutioning
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services
- Work closely with product owners,business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues
- Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement in engineering practices
- Ensure application performance, security,and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Skills
- Strong expertise inCore Java
- Hands-on experience withKotlin
- Experience withSpring Boot /Spring Framework
- Good understanding ofREST APIs,microservices, and backend architecture
- Experience withSQLand relational databases
- Familiarity withGit, buildtools, and CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Exposure tocloud platformssuch as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with messaging systems likeKafkaor RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of containerization tools likeDockerandKubernetes
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization
