Must Haves

  • Mandatory programming skills: Java, Graphana, Rest Apis, GIT, Monitoring, Ci/Cd, Rest Web Api.
  • Aws designing architecture experience and min 8 yrs strong Java programming experience.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Git, pipeline configuration and management
  • Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, system metrics tracking
  • API Development: RESTful services, integration and testing.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work directly with the client at the Scrum team level to understand requirements and deliverables.
    • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Task Execution & Quality:
    • Perform assigned tasks with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
    • Ensure adherence to defined quality metrics and coding standards.
  • Team Coordination & Support:
    • Collaborate effectively with internal and client-side team members.
    • Provide timely updates and support to fellow team members and higher management.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Contributions:
    • Engage in development activities including feature implementation, bug fixing, and enhancements.
    • Conduct analysis and feasibility studies for new requirements and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
    • Identify and resolve technical issues quickly, providing efficient solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to process improvements and suggest best practices.
    • Stay updated with relevant technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
