Collaborate with DevOps to emphasize automation and CI/CD practices. Medior Developers: Focus on delivering high-quality, efficient code. Contribute to debugging, testing, and maintaining tools and frameworks. Senior Developers: Lead complex projects, provide technical guidance, and mentor Medior team members. Shape architectural decisions and play a key role in the implementation of new technologies. Requirements Requirements: Medior: At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Java development. Senior: 5+ years of experience, with leadership or architectural responsibilities. Proficient in Java (we use version 17, exploring Java 21). Strong understanding of Spring Boot and the Java ecosystem.
