- 1012 years of experience in Solution/Technical Architecture, Application Architecture, Technical Consulting, Business Analysis, or Engineering Leadership, with strong customer-facing solutioning experience.
- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, HLD/LLD, Architecture Governance, Decision Making, Technology Roadmaps, and NFRs.
- Strong knowledge of DDD, CQRS, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, API/Integration Architecture, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise application development.
- Strong experience architecting React applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Hooks, Redux/Redux Toolkit, and reusable component architecture.
- Expertise in frontend architecture, security, performance, accessibility, responsive design, and API integration.
- Ability to design and review end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, and REST/GraphQL integrations.
- Strong AWS experience (ECS/EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, scalability, resiliency, security, HA, and DR.
- Strong business analysis and requirement engineering skills, including BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, workshops, stakeholder management, gap/impact analysis, and solution consulting.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and risks to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile, SDLC, application modernization, cloud transformation, architecture reviews, technical governance, and enterprise-scale delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
- Preferred: React testing tools (Jest, RTL, Cypress, Playwright), Micro Frontends, enterprise design systems, TOGAF/AWS certifications, pre-sales, consulting, and GenAI exposure.
