Java Full stack
Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular / React, SQL
Experience: 3 5 Years
The day-to-day development activities will need knowledge of the below concepts:
FULL TIME
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 11 / 17+) — Collections, Streams, concurrency, design patterns, and clean-code / SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience building microservices with Spring Boot — REST API design, Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, Spring Security (JWT / OAuth2), and exception handling strategies.
• Strong front-end development skills in Angular or React with TypeScript — component architecture, state management (NgRx / RxJS or Redux / Context), reusable UI libraries, and responsive design.
• Strong SQL and database design skills — schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and query performance tuning on SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
• Should have worked through at least 2 end-to-end full stack project life cycles — from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Ability to write and review unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, Jest / Jasmine) and maintain code quality through peer reviews and static analysis (SonarQube or equivalent).
• Good understanding of SDLC practices — Git branching strategies, Azure DevOps / GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment.
• Should be able to interface directly with clients, gather technical requirements, and convert them into well-documented designs and estimates.
Added Opportunities:
• Opportunity to work on product and application development for US healthcare clients and contribute to the strategic growth of fast-growing accounts.
• Opportunity to work with and in future mentor young fresh minds from across premiere institutions.
Secondary Skills:
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (Azure App Service / AKS or AWS equivalents) is a bonus.
• Exposure to messaging and caching (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis) is a plus. • Familiarity with API gateways, OpenAPI / Swagger, and observability tooling (logging, monitoring) is good to have.
• Exposure to US healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows is good to have, not mandatory.
