We're Hiring: Java Full-stack Developer (7+ years) | Bangalore (Hybrid)
Xponentium is hiring for a Java Full-stack Developer role based out of Bhartiya City, Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)
Experience: 7+ years
Notice Period: Immediate to 21 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development of Java-based backend modules, from design through production deployment
- Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using React
- Implement and manage secure authentication/authorization flows using Spring Security (JWT)
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams on deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
- Write unit tests (JUnit) to ensure code quality and reliability
- Debug and resolve production-level issues, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices
- Participate in technical discussions and provide scenario-based problem-solving for core Java and architecture challenges
Must-Have Skills:
- Java 8+ (strong ownership of production code)
- React (hands-on)
- Spring Security (JWT)
- Cloud exposure (Azure preferred)
- CI/CD / DevOps exposure
- Strong debugging skills
- JUnit test cases
