Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based full-stack applications.
Develop backend services using Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
Build and integrate frontend components using Angular 8+ or React.js.
Develop REST APIs and implement security using Spring Security, OAuth, and JWT.
Work with JPA, Kafka, Oracle, and MySQL for application development and data management.
Design and optimize database schemas and write efficient SQL queries.
Write unit tests using JUnit and manage source code using Git.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to full-stack applications.
Use AI coding tools such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar tools for software development.
Demonstrate strong prompt-engineering skills while using AI tools to improve development productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong proficiency in Java, Core Java, and Java 8.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, REST APIs, and application security.
Experience with either Angular 8+ or React.js for frontend development.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Kafka, JPA, Oracle/MySQL, SQL, JUnit, and Git.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Devin, or equivalent.
Very strong proficiency in prompt engineering.
Experience building AI agents and working with Agentic AI is an added advantage.
