Location: PuneWork Mode: Work From OfficeBudget: 1.5 Lakh – 1.8 Lakh per month (Non-Listed Partners)Commercials: As per Rate Card ModelJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Java backend experience, 3 years of React.js experience, and prior experience working in the BFSI / Banking domain.The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17.
• Minimum 5 years of Java Backend Development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Mandatory BFSI / Banking Domain experience.
• Experience in developing end-to-end full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns – Singleton, Factory, Builder, and Observer.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design, develop, and optimise databases using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Implement reusable, maintainable, and secure code using appropriate design patterns.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Handle production issues and ensure application stability and performance.
• Leverage AI tools for development, code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
