Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development using AWS Kiro, modern Java technologies, cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate will leverage Kiro's spec-driven development capabilities to accelerate solution design, coding, testing, and documentation while ensuring enterprise-grade quality and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and MongoDB.
- Utilize Kiro AI for:
- Requirements/specification generation
- Architecture and design documentation
- Automated code development
- Test case generation
- Code quality and review automation
- Create and maintain Kiro specifications, steering files, and agent hooks.
- Build cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and Business Analysts.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and DevSecOps practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Use AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and delivery timelines.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices expertise.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS Kiro AI IDE or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
- Understanding of Spec-Driven Development.
- Experience creating AI-generated design artifacts and technical specifications.
- Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
