Java Full Stack Developer

We are currently looking for talented and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a long-term project with a major international Swiss investment bank operating in the financial sector.

📍 Location: Krakow
🏢 Hybrid model: 3 days per week from the office

Experience: 8+ years

• Java

• React

• GUI Development

Additional Information:

• Critical resource for delivery: One of the 2 developers globally. Oskar drives key UI initiatives and is the sole owner of stream-level deliverables such as LMF–Vantage integration.

• Highly specialized expertise: Deep LMF/F2B architectural knowledge, anchoring dependencies across UI and platform layers. Unique skillset with significant domain and system knowledge concentration.

• Immediate risk if lost: Creates a single point of failure, materially increasing execution risk and jeopardizing committed timelines.

• Replacement impact: High ramp-up effort leading to loss of momentum, reduced delivery stability, and elevated risk to strategic initiatives.
