Iris's Fortune 100 direct client is looking for Java Full Stack Developer.
Position: Java Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- 8-10+ years of experience in application design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern Java frameworks for building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Mandatory experience in Angular development with strong knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
- Solid experience working with relational databases, including data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in system design, architecture discussions, technical solutioning, and application modernization initiatives.
- Lead technical discussions with onshore stakeholders, gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and drive solution alignment.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for offshore delivery teams, ensuring adherence to architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical blockers, production issues, and complex development challenges across the application landscape.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and product stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Prior experience working in the Banking/Financial Services domain is mandatory, with a strong understanding of enterprise banking applications and processes.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development is highly desirable.
