Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of full-stack applications for banking projects.

- Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using Angular.

- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database operations.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services through REST APIs.

- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability in line with banking requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis.

- Guide developers, establish coding standards, and promote development best practices.

- Support application testing, deployment, production troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with banking-specific processes, security standards, and data protection requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and Angular.

- Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed applications.

- Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and transaction management.

- Strong banking/BFSI domain experience is mandatory.

- Experience working on banking applications, financial transactions, or related enterprise systems.

- Proven ability to lead technical activities, review code, and guide development teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in large-scale banking projects.

- Strong understanding of banking workflows, transaction processing, and application security.

- Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

- Candidates willing to work from Pune or Bengaluru
