Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in both React.js frontend development and Java/Spring Boot backend development. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building REST APIs, integrating frontend and backend services, and contributing across the full application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using React.js and JavaScript.
• Build reusable React components using Hooks, Redux/Context and modern React practices.
• Develop backend applications and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and backend services.
• Integrate React applications with Java REST APIs.
• Work with databases and develop efficient queries/data-access components.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps and other engineering teams.
• Participate in application design, development and production support activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• React.js – Strong hands-on

• Database knowledge – SQL
• Strong frontend + backend development experience

Candidate Profile:

• Should have genuine 50% React + 50% Java hands-on experience.
• Must have independently worked on both frontend and backend development.
• React/Java should be demonstrated in project responsibilities, not only listed in the skills section.
• Avoid candidates who are primarily Java backend with minimal React exposure or primarily React frontend with minimal Java experience.
