Java Full Stack Developer

Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java backend development and modern frontend technologies, with knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud-based solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.

• Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

• Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript frameworks.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following software development best practices.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure application stability, security, and performance.

• Support application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React or Angular.

• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Experience with Git and version control systems.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and application integration.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
