Java Full Stack Developer (AWS + webMethods)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Good understanding of webMethods Integration Server Flow Services development and support
• Integration design and implementation
• Service orchestration and troubleshooting
• Experience in file processing, data transformation, and batch processing
• Strong SQL and database skills with focus on:
• Query optimization
• Performance tuning
• Data modeling
• Experience with Apache Flink, ETL frameworks, or equivalent data processing technologies
• Exposure to REST APIs, messaging systems, and event‑driven architectures
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable Java‑based applications.
• Build and maintain cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
• Develop and support integrations using webMethods Flow Services.
• Perform file‑based data processing and system integrations.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.
• Develop and maintain ETL/data‑processing solutions using Flink or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Kubernetes and Docker
• Observability and monitoring tools
• API security and authentication frameworks

Mandatory Skills: Java FSD, AWS, webMethods Integration, Flow Services, Database Performance Tuning, File Processing, ETL/Flink.
