Salary: £50,000 - £70,000plus benefits, perks, and healthcare options!

Overview


We're looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend development experience to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for enterprise clients.


You’ll work on digital transformation programmes, designing and delivering modern cloud-native applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside architects, engineers and stakeholders, you’ll help build scalable, secure and high-performing solutions using modern technologies and engineering practices.


Your Role



  • Design, develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and cloud-native applications.

  • Work across the full software development lifecycle, from design through to deployment and support.

  • Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and secure digital platforms.

  • Continue developing your technical skills through innovative client projects and emerging technologies.


Skills & Experience



  • Strong experience building RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.

  • Proficiency with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.

  • Experience working with AWS or Azure.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

  • Experience working in Agile software development teams.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

  • Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
