Java Full Stack Engineer
Summary
The Java Full Stack Engineer will design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful web services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. The role involves database management with Oracle/PL/SQL and requires domain expertise in cards, payments, and wealth management.
Location: Calgary(Hybrid 3 days) Only Local Candidates
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture to enhance system performance and reliability
- Oversee the development and deployment of RESTful web services to facilitate seamless communication between applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure the integration of Kafka for efficient data streaming and real-time processing within the application ecosystem
- Utilize Oracle and PL/SQL for database management, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance
- Implement Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks to streamline application development and enhance modularity
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
