Requirements:
We are currently looking for a Senior Java Full Stack to join a challenging project, taking ownership of software components and contributing to the development of scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.
Required Competencies:
- Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
- Strong experience in software development, designing, coding and enhancing components across systems and applications
- Experience taking ownership of software components and ensuring their quality and performance
- Ability to analyse complex technical problems and contribute to the design of effective and scalable solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives
- Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams
- Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and development best practices
- Ability to take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to effective team performance
- Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
- Continuous improvement mindset, including the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies
- English – minimum C1
- Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 3 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €3.300–€3.700 gross/month
Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
