Java Full Stack Lead
You will lead and mentor developers, establish coding standards and best practices, and architect, design, and develop scalable Java-based web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers, conduct code reviews, participate in Agile ceremonies, resolve technical issues, and recommend improvements to keep the technology stack modern and effective.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Provide guidance on coding standards, architecture, and best practices
- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end Java-based web applications
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on project requirements and deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Recommend and implement improvements based on emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead developer role
- Core Java and Java 8
