As a Java Full Stack - Senior Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java and other programming languages to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing software development methodologies such as Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to optimize application integration and functionality
- Managing software project planning and lifecycle management to validate timely delivery of solutions
- Engaging in client management to build meaningful relationships and address evolving needs
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and deliver value
- Upholding professional and technical standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-Core Java (Java 11+) and OOP principles, Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Spring Data JPA, RESTful API design and development, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, State management (Redux or React Query)

-Hibernate/JPA for ORM, Build tools: Maven or Gradle

-Unit testing: JUnit, Mockito, SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Java and JavaScript for full-stack development
- Utilizing experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Applying knowledge of microservices architecture and API management
- Excelling in client management and building meaningful client connections
- Navigating complex software engineering challenges with critical thinking
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment
