As a Java Full Stack - Senior Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and guiding teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing Java, JavaScript, and Python to create scalable and efficient software products
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities in software projects
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine software solutions
- Promoting continuous integration and delivery practices to improve software development processes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives and client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-Core Java (Java 11+) and OOP principles, Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Spring Data JPA, RESTful API design and development, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, State management (Redux or React Query)

-Hibernate/JPA for ORM, Build tools: Maven or Gradle

-Unit testing: JUnit, Mockito, SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Java and JavaScript programming
- Utilizing experience in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Managing complex software development projects with strategic insight
- Leading teams through ambiguity with composure and clarity
- Applying systems thinking to identify and solve underlying issues
- Excelling in client interaction and feedback validation
