Detailed Job Description

As a Java Full Stack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering modern enterprise applications using Golang, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies. You will work closely with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to build highly scalable microservices and distributed systems. The role requires strong hands‑on coding skills, leadership capabilities, and experience working across the full software development lifecycle. You will contribute to architecture decisions, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Golang and Java technologies.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong and recent hands‑on experience with Golang (Go) development.
• Advanced expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Full Stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed system design principles.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
