Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities Liaise with the IT team of the head office to complete business requirements, test and deploy the project. Understand the Group's system architecture and bridge business needs with technology implementation by combining business knowledge and technical skills. Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly. Develop IT projects on time to support the branch's business and management. Resolve software bugs and issues quickly. Improve software development processes by working with cross-functional teams. Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented. Any other duties as directed by the HOD of the Fintech Department or Branch Management. Requirements A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as computer science, software engineering, data analysis, etc.). A minimum of three years' experience in fintech, information technology, or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. A track record of success in roles related to software development or innovation. A strong understanding of the methodologies and principles of software development. A working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), alongside version control systems and continuous integration practices. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages. An understanding of web development frameworks, such as Vue.js and React.js, is expected for a full-stack developer is expected. Ability to deliver functional solutions within a tight deadline Collaborative and problem-solving skills in a team environment. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
