Java Go Backend Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

Around 10+ years’ experience in Cloud platform, services/product companies o Proficiency with Golang, Java languages o Excellent in data structures, algorithms o Good analytical and problem-solving skills o Proficiency in working with one or more of the following infrastructure components like Elastic Search, Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes. o Experience in deploying, debugging on AWS o Experience in Networking domain would be an added advantage. o Experience in Agile development with CI/CD based software development o Excellent team player with very good oral and written communication
