Java Kafka Developer

1. Overall min 8 years

2. 2+ years of experience in supporting KAFKA cluster and applications in production.

3. Excellent understanding of all KAFKA configurations (server, topic, producer/consumer, streams)

4. Good skills on KAFKA’s JAVA client and streaming APIs. Experience in KAFKA application development will be desirable.

5. Ability to diagnose and identify root cause of errors and faults in KAFKA cluster and correct the same or provide workarounds.

6. Ability to diagnose application issues and provide guidance to application teams on rectifying those issues.

7. Ability to support both multi-tenant and product based KAFKA cluster. They have currently more than 10 KAFKA clusters for various applications.

8. Good exposure of both Apache KAFKA and confluent’s KAFKA platform.
