We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and the Banking domain to lead development activities and deliver scalable, secure applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Work on banking domain applications and business requirements.
- Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
- Mandatory experience in the Banking domain.
- Experience in technical leadership and code reviews.
