Java/Python Developer

Experience :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Experience building enterprise-scale applications, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions.

Tech Stack :

Java :

- Strong proficiency in Java 17+

- Core Java concepts : Multithreading & Concurrency, Collections Framework, Streams API & Lambda Expressions, Functional Programming, JVM Performance Tuning

- Experience with : Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API Development, Microservices Architecture

Python :

- Strong Python programming expertise

- Experience with : FastAPI / Flask, Asynchronous Programming, REST API Development, Enterprise Application Development

- Knowledge of Python design patterns, testing frameworks, and code optimization

Microservices & Distributed Systems :

- Design and development of scalable microservices

- API design and integration

- Service-to-service communication

- Authentication & Authorization (OAuth2/JWT)

- Event-driven architecture

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Kafka/RabbitMQ preferred

Database & SQL :

- Strong SQL expertise

- Hands-on experience with Query Optimization

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless integration across distributed enterprise systems.

- Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Python and modern Python frameworks to support data-intensive applications and automation workflows.

- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior developers within the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

- Optimize existing application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and database queries to enhance system throughput.
