Java Selenium Automation Tester
Summary
Designs and runs automated tests for ServiceNow applications using Selenium, Java, and API testing tools, integrating with CI/CD pipelines to ensure workflow and UI reliability.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Functional Test Automator with strong experience in functional test automation, ServiceNow testing, API testing, BDD automation, and CI/CD-based continuous testing.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications and workflows. The role requires strong understanding of ServiceNow platform behavior, business processes, data model, UI testing, API testing, and end-to-end regression automation.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Must Have Skills:
- Strong Experience in ServiceNow functional testing
- Strong Experience in ServiceNow REST/SOAP API testing
- Strong Experience in Selenium automation testing
- Strong Experience in JavaScript or Java automation scripting
- Strong Experience in BDD, TDD, and data-driven testing
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience testing ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, custom scoped applications, and integrations
- Service Portal, Employee Center, Workspace, and UI Builder testing
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
- Flow Designer, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and catalog workflow testing
- Jenkins or GitLab CI integration
- Defect management and test reporting tools such as Octane, Jira, or similar
- ServiceNow table structure, records, encoded queries, and data validation
- Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
- Banking or financial services domain knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Mandatory certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level.
Preferred certifications: ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Micro-Certification in Automated Test Framework, ServiceNow Micro-Certification in Flow Designer.
