Java - Senior Analyst Programmer / System Analyst (5 New Headcounts)
Job Duties:
Responsible for the full cycle of application systems development
Perform Java programming, testing, and application development
Track project requirements, perform analyses, and translate the requirements into technical tasks and functional specifications
Collaborate efficiently with other internal teams and explain complex technical solutions to non-technical personnel in plain language.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Have 5 to 12 years of full-time software development experience, primarily focused on Java.
Proficient in Java, familiar with JDK 17+ features (such as virtual threads, Pattern Matching), and possesses source code-level understanding of collections, the concurrency package (JUC), reflection, and SPI.
Proficient in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud (Alibaba or Netflix), familiar with their autowiring, circular dependencies, and transaction propagation mechanisms.
Proficient in MySQL, with practical experience in database sharding (ShardingSphere/MyCat), and able to perform complex SQL tuning based on execution plans; proficient in Redis core data structures and clustering solutions (Codis/Twemproxy).
Proficient in RocketMQ/Kafka, understanding message reliability, ordering, and backlog handling solutions; familiar with distributed transactions (TCC/Saga) and distributed lock implementation.
Familiar with Docker/Kubernetes containerized deployment; experience with Service Mesh (Istio) or observability (Prometheus + SkyWalking) is preferred.
Familiar with Linux operating systems, proficient in common network protocols (TCP/IP/HTTP), and able to independently troubleshoot network timeouts, connection leaks, and other issues.
Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
