Summary
This role is for a Mid-Level Backend Developer to build and maintain financial workflow applications using Java 21+, Spring Boot 3+, and microservices architecture. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: BACKEND DEVELOPER (JAVA/SPRING BOOT)
We seek a Mid-Level Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3+ to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of backend applications, system integrations, and performance optimization.
You will play a key role in:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications and system integrations
- Optimizing performance and supporting the team in code quality and technical decision-making
- Collaborating within a Scrum team to develop the Workflow Kredytowy (Time To Yes product) in the Finansowania Biznesu area
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3+
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, MQ, Docker, Git, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Maven, REST API, JUnit/Spock
- Knowledge of coding principles, design patterns, Jenkins/GitLab, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, Scrum
- Familiarity with Camunda BPMS, Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace
