Java Software Engineer

Salary: $25,000 – $35,000 per month

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for backend development of the company’s business systems, including requirements analysis, system design, API development, feature implementation and system optimisation.

2. Participate in system architecture design and be responsible for business module development, ensuring functional quality and maintainability of the systems.

3. Continuously improve system stability, code quality and development efficiency, and drive ongoing project iterations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline; around 1–3 years of Java backend development experience, with experience independently owning the design and development of business modules.

2. Solid grasp of Java fundamentals, with an understanding of Java runtime mechanisms, threading model, exception handling, collections framework and other core knowledge; good object-oriented design and code design skills.

3. Proficient in mainstream Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring MVC, with an understanding of core mechanisms including IoC, AOP and transaction management.

4. Familiar with the design concepts of monolithic applications and microservices architecture; able to design reasonable system architectures based on actual business requirements, with module decomposition and API design capabilities.

5. Familiar with MySQL and other relational databases; solid database design skills; understanding of indexing, transactions, SQL tuning and related areas.

6. Experience in developing complex business systems; experience in e-commerce, trading, payment, order, user system development is preferred; experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise management systems or similar projects is preferred.

7. Basic web frontend technical foundation; able to use AI coding tools to build frontend pages and carry out frontend-backend API integration, achieving module-level full-stack development.

8. Good engineering practices; familiar with development tools such as Git and Maven; good awareness of coding standards; familiarity with common middleware such as Redis and message queues is preferred.

任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，1-3年左右 Java 后端开发经验，有独立负责业务模块设计和开发经验。
2、扎实掌握 Java 基础，理解 Java 运行机制、线程模型、异常处理、集合框架等核心知识，具备良好的面向对象设计能力和代码设计能力。
3、熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring MVC 等主流 Java 开发框架，理解 IOC、AOP、事务管理等核心机制。
4、熟悉单体应用及微服务架构设计思想，能够根据实际业务需求进行合理的系统架构设计，具备模块拆分和接口设计能力。
5、熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库，具备良好的数据库设计能力，理解索引、事务、SQL优化等相关知识。
6、具备复杂业务系统开发经验，有电商、交易、支付、订单、用户体系等业务开发经验优先；具备 SaaS 平台、企业管理系统等项目经验优先。
7、具备一定web前端技术基础，能够借助 AI 编程工具完成前端页面搭建，以及前后端接口联调，实现模块级全栈开发。
8、具备良好的工程实践能力，熟悉 Git、Maven 等开发工具，具有良好的代码规范意识；熟悉 Redis、消息队列等常用中间件者优先。
