Location: Telford (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Participate in training and hands‑on learning for OpenText Documentum.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Support Documentum‑related development and customization post‑training.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on Documentum technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work onsite in Telford twice a week.
