The Role

They are seeking a capable Software Engineer with solid experience delivering production-grade systems, ready to step into a role with increased responsibility and real business impact. You’ll be working on critical, revenue‑influencing platforms within a dynamic and fast‑evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and scale applications that are directly utilised by front‑office teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, product, and engineering to deliver effective technical solutions
- Play an active role in shaping technical direction, enhancing system stability, and maintaining strong engineering practices
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Around 2–5 years of hands‑on development experience with Java
- Prior exposure to complex, high‑performance systems within financial services or comparable sectors
