Java Software Engineer (Junior/Mid)

Join the Transport team building Java-based applications that help internal users configure Ethernet/IP networks — the backbone of Motorola Solutions' public safety systems. Day to day: modern Java/OOP development for network configuration tooling, hybrid from the Kraków office (2 days/week).
Job Description
The successful candidate will join our Transport team, which is responsible for developing the IP network infrastructure that serves as the backbone for our public safety systems. The role encompasses development of applications that assist our internal users in configuring networks for our customers. These applications are primarily Java-based and are used to generate configurations for Ethernet/IP networks.
Basic Requirements
- Proficiency in modern Java (at least one year of experience)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Basic knowledge of IP networks (routing, switching) is a plus.
- Ability to work from the Krakow office 2 days per week
