Your responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain backend applications and microservices.
- Deliver new features and enhance existing systems.
- Deploy software to production environments and ensure reliability.
- Improve application performance, security and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, designers and Product Managers.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Share knowledge and support team development.
What we're looking for
- Around 5 years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong Java development experience.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka and REST APIs.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jira, Confluence and CI/CD practices.
- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver high-quality solutions independently.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher.
