Java Software Engineer
Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience with Java and associated technologies
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with unit testing, test automation and TDD
- Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD
- Experience with debugging, profiling and performance tuning
- Experience with Agile software delivery
- Experience with Docker or other container technologies would be beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A genuine desire to continue developing technical knowledge
- Develop and deliver high-quality Java applications
- Write unit, integration and feature tests
- Work with other technical teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Create and maintain low-level technical designs and documentation
- Support CI/CD and software delivery activities
- Debug, performance tune and improve application reliability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
- Contribute to digital transformation and wider engineering projects
