What you'll do
- Develop high-throughput and low-latency applications for fraud detection.
- Design scalable microservices to support company growth.
- Write and maintain efficient, well-tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration.
- Evaluate new technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Estimate development effort for new features.
- Build and implement software testing strategies.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java for backend services.
- Experience with high-throughput event-driven architectures, web services, and caching.
- Practical knowledge of deploying code via Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Commitment to testing including unit, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and performance testing.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI agents to boost productivity and code quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies.

- Experience with Python.
