We're looking for a Java Spring Boot Developer who enjoys building scalable backend services, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with high-performing Agile teams. If you've worked on cloud-based applications using AWS—and have experience with system integrations—even better!

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
Integrate internal and third-party systems through APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware solutions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Product Owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in Java development.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, or IAM.
Experience in system integration projects, including API integrations, middleware, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), or event-driven architectures.
Experience building or supporting microservices architectures.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2, JWT, or Spring Security.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or other enterprise environments.
