Java System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for enterprise-level application systems development

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical tasks and functional specifications

• Track project requirements from their origin through to deliverables that satisfy customer needs

• Provide technical guidance to developers and resolve issues between business requirements and technical implementation

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, QA, and other IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions

• Evaluate AI technologies and recommend appropriate architectures, frameworks, and implementation approaches to support business objectives

• Provide technical leadership on AI adoption initiatives and mentor development teams on AI-enabled application development best practices

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 4 years of hands-on Java development experience

• Experience in system design and system architecture is preferred

• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js

• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Good technical documentation and communication skills

• Experience leading a team of Programmers in troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing enhancements

• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems

• Knowledge of AI application architecture, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or related AI frameworks is a plus

• Experience leading technical implementation of AI projects or AI adoption initiatives is preferred
