We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Java) to join a long-term project in the healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Java developers from a technical perspective
Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot
Promote high coding standards and software engineering best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making
Cooperate closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other development team members
Maintain and enhance existing backend applications while contributing to new features
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance when needed
Requirements
At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Java Backend Developer
Previous experience acting as a Technical Lead or leading development teams
Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or newer)
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
Practical experience with relational databases and SQL
Experience writing and maintaining unit tests using common testing frameworks
Familiarity with code quality and static analysis tools such as SonarQube
Solid understanding of backend application architecture and software development best practices
Nice to Have
Experience working on healthcare or medical software projects
Knowledge of systems supporting blood donation or transfusion services
Experience working in Agile environments
Understanding of backend architecture design and experience mentoring software engineers
