The primary role of the Java Technical Lead is to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. They are responsible for leading a development team to create high-quality software solutions that meet business needs in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Location: Bangalore
Mode: Onsite (May be possible of Hybrid)
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to understand business needs.
Lead a development team to ensure solutions meet business objectives using Agile methodologies.
Take charge of the entire development cycle, including design, code reviews, and deployment.
Create and maintain technical documentation throughout all SDLC phases.
Identify and communicate opportunities for enhancements and improvements.
Research, design, and implement new service APIs or updates to existing services.
Participate in test planning and execution.
Stay updated with new technologies and provide mentoring to team members.
Support and maintain applications, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Key Requirements
Java 8+
Experience with TDD, Unit Testing, and Mock frameworks (e.g., Mockito)
Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot
Experience with SOA and RESTful Microservices
Knowledge of SQL and frameworks like JPA/Hibernate, Spring Data
Nice to Have
Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
Familiarity with messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, AMQP, JMS, Kafka)
